Payment Options

All transactions are processed via PayPal. Your financial information is not shared with the merchant and the merchant has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. It is advisable to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

One your payment is complete you will be emailed a receipt for the transaction. Prices are listed in NZD.


One full payment has been received items will ship within 5 business days. Prints are shipped from Wellington, New Zealand, and depending on size, will arrive rolled. New Zealand orders are shipped via NZ post and take 1-3 working days to arrive. International orders are shipped via airmail and have a delivery target of 5-14 working days. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The merchant is not responsible for delays due to customs. 

If an item arrives damaged please make contact within 7 days of receipt. 

Should a dispute arise the utmost will be done to resolve the issue, however the merchant's contract with you is subject exclusively to New Zealand law, to be determined within New Zealand jurisdiction only.

Returns and Exchanges

The merchant does not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for a change of mind.

The merchant uses third party companies to provide the Service on the merchant's behalf, and to analyse how the Service is used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

The merchant has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services, and you are strongly advised to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

The Service is hosted by Big Cartel and Big Cartel, including its service providers, and affiliates, have access to your Personal Information for Big Cartel to analyse performance, make improvements to Big Cartel's Services and products and to provide related services, such as payment processing. The merchant collects information that your browser sends whenever you visit the Service ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of the Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and other statistics.

The merchant may record and store Personal Information which is collected and where the merchant does so all reasonable steps will be taken to keep your Personal Information secure and to prevent unauthorised disclosure, and to keep your Personal Information accurate and up-to-date. However, no method of transmission by Internet or form of electronic storage is 100% secure, and the merchant cannot guarantee the absolute security of your Personal Information.

Your Personal Information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ to those from your jurisdiction. If you are located outside of New Zealand and choose to provide information to the merchant, please note that your Personal Information will be processed here.

Children's Privacy

The Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Child").

The merchant does not knowingly collect personally indentifiable information from children under 13.
